What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, organisation (if you give it) and your message.

The site also uses privacy-friendly analytics, which count visits and record general information such as pages viewed, device type and country. It doesn’t use cookies for this and doesn’t identify you personally.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that work. I don’t sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Where it’s stored

Messages sent through the form are stored securely by Vercel, which hosts this website, and may be emailed to me. Vercel may store data on servers outside Australia.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing gill@gillwhelanprojects.com.au.
